这两个句子都正确，而且你对这两个句子的理解也是正确的。只是

倒数第8行中"而doesn't open 是一般将来时"说错了，不是一般将来时而是一般现在时。

一、我认为 the window won't/doesn't open这样的句子不正确。
二、原因：
如果你用open的动词用法，句子应该是，he（也可以其他某人） won't open the door.句意，“他不想去开门”。he doesn't open the door“他不开门”。前句中will not 表示，不想或不愿意，有将来或将要的含义，后句为一般现在时。
如果你用open的形容词形式，句子应该是，the window won't be open./ the window isn't open.
