MV写的是男主角千辛万苦，费劲心思，在废屋里寻找父母的房子，找到之后，发现房子面目全非，最终，男主角拉下面罩，绝望地面对这世间。（男主角Alanwalker）

男主是一名士兵，在战争过后，他回到饱受战争摧残的故乡，却发现这里早已经成为一片废墟。他根据妻子多年前给他的一张搬家后的照片，四处寻找，最终看到一片荒凉的景象，男主摘下面罩，天地间只有这Faded的人和早已物是人非的家。

如果作者是基督教的话。我觉得这首歌明显是在寻找神。。即使不信教。。作者也是在表达他在寻找一个能俯瞰众生的未知大能。

Faded里好像是在找东西，但你没有发现Alan Walker前半段一直在破房子和废墟中穿行吗？那些都是战争造成的不是吗？所以其实这个MV是在反对无味的战争。
